Meal Day #5


Saturdays meals .....................Breakfast was a waffle with Strawberry topping and I added the rediwhip(ha)! This was a treat!

Lunch: Tuna Salad Sandwich and Veggie Soup and some carrots. Along with Juice and coffee. The Tuna Sandwich was really good and so was the soup. Great combo!


Dinner: Fajitas with refried beans. These were suppose to be veggie Fajitas. We had some chicken breast...so I thought it would be good to add chix with the veggie medley. Turned out really tasty and it probably went against the calorie count big time. We did grill the chix on the grill/so it was lean. Added some rosemary for flavor. I added my own cheese too. I kinda wrecked their Tortilla/and cheese combo. So luckily I had cheese and flour tortillas on hand.

Dessert: No this isn't SSHE meal. We were naughty and caved in and had a Yummy treat. Just ice cream, with Rediwhip, choc. sauce and walnuts and Oreo cookies.

YUMMO waffles and strawberries..... and that soup/sandwich combo sure does look good!!!

heheheheh about you adding the cheese and chicken :)

I think it's ok to cheat every now and then too with the sundaes :D You deserve it after being so good on the diet all week long!!!!! (I used to do that too when I was on WW)

This whole entry won me over... YUM. Those waffles are the bomb !!! Just a tiny bit of whipped cream... lol...

Love the tuna sandwich and soup. That looks good to me... ¥
